Become part of our Knots of Love Team by donating your caps today!

Step 1: If your caps meet the Knots of Love criteria listed on our Required Yarn List 2/18/2013 (PDF)

Step 2: Knots of Love Auto Fill Cap Donation Form in with your caps so we can call and thank you and tell you what treatment center your caps were donated to.

Step 3: Send your caps and completed form to:
